Once you have covered the Building Assessment Tutorial 1 - Getting Started and Building Assessment Tutorial 2 – Zones, you may want to learn how to add the Drawings and Zones you have created across multiple levels in the design. This is both useful for concept and detailed design, where floors have identical layouts.
Step 1 – Drawings need to be added to Levels, and Levels correspond to the number of stories within your building. Under Building, click on Levels.
Step 2 – Next, click on Add Levels and enter the amount on your project. A 30-level limit is currently set. Once a value has been entered, click Add.
Step 3 – Once you have entered the number of Levels, give each Level a title. For example, Ground for level 1, 1st Floor for level 2, etc. Then Set a Drawing for each Level. A Drawing can be repeatedly used over multi-levels, or each Level could be different, subject to the complexity of your project.
Step 4 – The final step is quick. Simply hit Save. You will now be able to see the project areas for all Drawings.
